However, before she leaves, Geralt will have the opportunity to ask her to stay. To get the best possible outcome, follow these steps: When talking to Triss, choose "Stay with me" and "I love you."

The outcome of the quest is basically the same, no matter what choices you make: Triss and Geralt kill Menge and his mooks; Triss is fine and won't hold it against Geralt; you learn where Dandelion is. The choices you make during this quest will not have much effect on future encounters with Triss.

Note - If you do not want Triss to be tortured at all, you may opt for a giant fight with the Witch Hunters. Toss the ruse out the window whenever by answering negatively. Fight all the hunters and search Menge's office at the end to continue.

The torture thing doesn't matter... I let her do it and it didn't effect anything. You can start romancing Yenn after you get to Skellige. During the quest "The King is Dead" is your first encounter with Yenn romantically.

Essentially there are multiple Witcher 3 romance choices with just about anyone who wants you. However, do not try to romance both Yennefer and Triss - you have to pick one, or otherwise they'll find out and you'll lose both.

Is there any other way to get Triss to head to Kaer Morhen without romancing her? No. Triss will only go to Kaer Morhen if you ask her to stay AND tell her you love her. If you don't, she will leave for good.

If you don't romance her, she has no reason to stay behind. Her duty, as she sees it, is to get the mages out of Novigrad before it's too late. Unless you romance her, nothing will stop her from leaving. And nothing will prevent her from turning up later on at Kaer Morhen because the game is coded to do that.

During the Battle of Sodden Hill, as a young sorceress, Triss was critically wounded, her hair being burnt off and her chest becoming scarred, the latter detail of which is never seen in the games.

Shani only appears in this expansion, and outside of Yennefer and Triss, she offers the most in-depth romance available in The Witcher 3. Romancing Shani has no impact on the rest of the game and the other romance options that Geralt can pursue.

There are no consequences one way or the other. (There's a side quest (Blue Eyes) where I think Geralt must have sex to advance the quest, but it's strictly optional.) Triss has known for a long time that this is just the way Geralt is, and she wants him badly enough not to try to change him.

Whatever you say to her, she leaves Novigrad. "Stay with me" opens up 3 new dialogue options. Two of them do nothing, the other is the "I love you" one that is for romancing her. If you want to choose Yen, stay away from this last dialogue option.

The only way to get Triss to stay with immediately after she's gotten all of the mages on the boat is to say you love her and start the romance with her. Otherwise she will always leave and then be called back by Yen when things get ready for the battle at Kaer Morhen.

Does romancing Sasha affect Triss?

Romancing Sasha has no impact on the rest of the game and the other romance options that Geralt can pursue.
