The Holy book is obtained from the Horror from the Deep quest. The book is received from the quest as just a cover, and requires 4 Saradomin pages obtained from Treasure Trails to be completed. The book will not give any bonuses (with the exception of the +5 prayer bonus) until it is completed.
The damaged book is a book held in the shield slot that can be obtained for 5,000 coins from Jossik after completing Horror from the Deep. The four Armadyl pages can be added to upgrade it to the book of law, which gives a damage bonus.

A scroll/casket protected by a clue box is kept in addition to other items normally kept on death. However, a clue box is always lost on death, even if the box would normally be kept, and also even if it didn't protect a scroll/casket.
The 3rd age pickaxe is a piece of 3rd age equipment. It requires 65 Attack to wield and 61 Mining to use and shares the same mining speed and special attack as a dragon pickaxe. It is a possible reward from master Treasure Trails and cannot be made through any skills.
The player can hold more than one of the same book at a time, making completed god books a great option for risky wilderness activities. Alternatively, players can purchase one from Perdu for 12,000 coins.
Lost unholy books can be reclaimed by speaking to Jossik, complete with all pages that have been added, for no cost. Alternatively, for those who do not wish to travel to the Lighthouse, Perdu will return them to players for 12,000 coins.
God books are Prayer items held in the pocket slot. Players first receive a damaged book after completion of Horror from the Deep, and must add four torn pages to make a complete god book, which requires 30 Prayer to equip. Once added, pages cannot be removed from the book.
You can check which pages are currently in your incomplete book with the "Check" option. Once you have filled the book, you cannot take the pages out. Unfinished books also count as God items in the God Wars Dungeon.

The dragon axe is the strongest and fastest axe in the game, tied with the 3rd age axe, making it a popular choice in pvp. It is 5-10% more efficient at chopping logs than the rune axe. It is both a weapon (requiring 60 Attack to wield) and a Woodcutting tool (requiring 61 Woodcutting to use).

How do you charge an illuminated God book?
God books and illuminated god books have a passive effect that activates in combat, with the effect dependent on the book. This effect needs to be charged and is done by using the corresponding torn page on an illuminated god book - each page adds 45 minutes charge and can be activated and deactivated like scrimshaw.
The book can be recharged with any Saradomin page, giving 45 minutes of active time per page. This is shared, unchanged, with the illuminated book. The passive has a 5% chance to activate per hit. When it activates, a lightning strike hits the target for 165-275% damage (55-165% in PvP).
An unholy book page set is obtained by exchanging one of each Zamorak page with a Grand Exchange clerk via their right-click "Sets" option and clicking on the appropriate item set within the Item Sets interface.
