Is Triss a love interest for Geralt?
Alongside Yennefer, Triss is one of Geralt's main love interests in The Witcher 3. In the two previous Witcher games, Triss is Geralt's main romantic interest, but in The Witcher 3, the two haven't seen each other in a while. Geralt will be reunited with Triss in the city of Novigrad as part of the main story.
And, as you will know, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt makes players choose between Geralt's two love interests: Yenn and Triss. The former is Geralt's long-running love interest, and in the books, it's Yennefer who Geralt loves. In other words, this is considered the more canon choice.
Book wise... ehhh... the whole Triss and Geralt romance was a sort of cheating by Triss(and it closely resembles game version of the event). By her own admition, she was fully aware that it was very likely neither Geralt or Yennefer would ever forgive her for that.

When Triss found Geralt, she could have cared for him and then helped him recover from the trauma. Instead, she decided she would forgo telling him anything about his former partner. This notably happened in The Witcher 3 when Triss was performing hydromancy to detect Philippa Eilhart. Geralt caught her and Triss confessed that she had already made a decision for both of them to retire in Kovir.
Their relationship was quite close and although Ciri is bonded with Geralt, female companionship is something that was lacking. Ciri idolizes Triss in a way, even trying to style herself in a similar fashion as the older sorceress.
Season three of The Witcher is set to introduce Mistle, a love interest for Ciri from the original series of novels. Mistle will be portrayed by Christelle Elwin, a relative newcomer best known for her roles in Bloods and the upcoming Netflix drama Half Bad, based on the young-adult novels by Sally Green.

Triss and Geralt worked together after discovering the creature was Striga and was the cursed princess as well as being heir to Temeria. The sorceress and the witcher worked together successfully and formed a bond, however, there didn't seem to be anything sexual between them.
Fringilla initially charmed him with a spell to further the interests of the lodge. However after sleeping with him for 3 months and being intimate with a Geralt who thought Yennefer betrayed him, Fringilla fell in love with Geralt. She fell very hard for Geralt.

If you choose to try and romance both Triss and Yennefer, then you will end up losing both of them. That being said it is an entertaining story so if you aren't attached to either of them feel free to give it a try. Just don't say we didn't warn you.
That way, the Netflix version could end up being oddly familiar to many since it would mirror both the books and the games: Triss and Geralt have sex in Kaer Morhen, while Geralt is separated from Yennefer, presuming her dead.
