Can you still romance Yen if you fail The Last Wish?
No it is not. The Last Wish is the lock in quest for Yennefer, just as Triss has her own lock in quest. While you are free to lock them both in as romances in the game, the result would be that both the women would find out and both would break up with you.
Moderator. Yes. As has been mentioned above, "The Last Wish" is a requirement for romancing Yennefer, so skipping it automatically closes off that path.
Assuming you never romance Yennefer, you'll end the game in love with her and move north to Kovir to start a new life together.
The Last Wish is a secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Note: this quest will fail if not completed before starting Ugly Baby.
Don't Ask Triss to Stay
It's that part where Geralt has the option of asking Triss to stay, instead of leaving with the mages to Kovir. This interaction will lead to a bunch of dialogue choices that won't be favorable if you want to end up with Yennefer. Whatever you do, don't tell Triss you love her.
Yennefer of Vengerberg
Yennefer is the closest we'll see of Geralt's true love. You will get a chance to sleep with her twice during the game. For the first time to happen, you need to finish the The King is Dead – Long Live the King quest. When choosing your outfit, go for the black and white one.
Geralt and Yennefer in The Witcher 3 may tryst twice... once during The King is Dead - Long Live the King, and again during No Place Like Home. At the end of The King is Dead, as the room fills with gas, tell Yennefer you wish to kiss her.
Geralt of Rivia
Triss is overall less abrasive than Yennefer, and provides a simple yet stable life for Geralt if the two end up together. Yennefer, on the other hand, offers a chance to see Geralt's true love and their delightfully complicated story.
One of the best things about choosing Yennefer over Triss in The Witcher 3 could also perhaps be one of the worst: Her and Geralt's complicated past. This makes Yennefer an integral part of the story and gives her more substantial in-game interaction and romance content.
Can you break up with Yennefer?
The option for breaking up with Yennefer is something that the game allows, including breaking the Djinn's curse.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
She should be in Kaer Trolde, in the room she has rented at the Inn. If you already went to get UMA, then she is at Kaer Mohren.

She is the alchemy person on the map. You have to hop a wall to get to her, but she is also still around.
Even if you do the quest, undo the wish and refuse Yen, she will still be in love with Geralt. From the game's perspective, skipping the quest means you are not locked in a romance with Yen, thus you can romance Triss freely with no consequences.
No, sleeping with Keira doesn't ruin your other romances in the game. For the record, if you romance Triss and then sleep with Yen during the feast in Skellige (but don't tell her you still love her in The Last Wish sidequest), you don't get the "Lone Wolf" ending either.
You can romance Triss at the light house, then sleep with Yennefer during "The King is Dead, Long Live the King" and still not see the threesome scene. The threesome scene is triggered by officially committing to each of the romances - during "Now or Never" with Triss and "The Last Wish" with Yennefer.
Ciri also has some romance options in the new game, and it's up to you to choose who she'll end up with. So, buckle up and check out your options – and how to achieve them.
By the time Geralt appears in the first episode of the Netflix series The Witcher, he is already 71, though he is played by 36-year-old Henry Cavill. Aside from his catlike eyes, white hair and world-weary attitude, Geralt doesn't really show his age. By the start of the second season, Geralt is 104 and Vesemir is 169.
Romancing Jutta has no impact on the rest of the game and the other romance options that Geralt can pursue.
Season three of The Witcher is set to introduce Mistle, a love interest for Ciri from the original series of novels. Mistle will be portrayed by Christelle Elwin, a relative newcomer best known for her roles in Bloods and the upcoming Netflix drama Half Bad, based on the young-adult novels by Sally Green.
What should I wear to impress Yennefer?
Yennifer asks you to wear black and white clothing, and says she packed some clothes for you.
AFAIK there is no major difference except for completing or failing the objective. Originally posted by Nobodies: AFAIK there is no major difference except for completing or failing the objective. Seeing as Skelligans are about honor, gaining honor and maintaining honor, it would be low to let her win.
In fact, in the novels (and in the show) both Yennefer and Geralt are incapable of having biological children. For Geralt, the show affords him a wide landscape of emotions — his story isn't pegged to his ability to father children.
Book wise... ehhh... the whole Triss and Geralt romance was a sort of cheating by Triss(and it closely resembles game version of the event). By her own admition, she was fully aware that it was very likely neither Geralt or Yennefer would ever forgive her for that.
9 YENNEFER'S ATROCITY: Cheating On Geralt
For starters, there are multiple instances in the story where Yennefer has slept with people behind Geralt's back, causing the witcher no end of grief when he found out.
Even if you do the quest, undo the wish and refuse Yen, she will still be in love with Geralt. From the game's perspective, skipping the quest means you are not locked in a romance with Yen, thus you can romance Triss freely with no consequences.
Last Wish is the second major raid of Destiny 2, introduced during the Forsaken expansion. The raid takes place in the center of the Dreaming City to prevent the Taken from corrupting the homeland of the Awoken. The activity serves as the final conclusion to the storyline of Forsaken.
